Outsource Google Ads
Keeping up with how Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen work yourself takes time most business owners do not have. Outsourcing can go a few different ways, and not every route fits every situation. Here is how to choose.
Three routes
One experienced consultant who manages your account directly. No layers in between, cancel monthly, you pay for the work you actually need.
A team with multiple disciplines under one roof. Useful if you need SEO, design or development alongside Ads. Often with an account manager between you and the person doing the work.
A permanent employee working fully in-house. The most expensive and slowest route to get started, but it makes sense once advertising becomes a full-time role.

The trade-off
The math
That depends heavily on the route. A permanent in-house hire quickly costs €70,000 a year in salary and employer costs combined, for one fixed level of expertise. An agency usually works with a fixed monthly fee that includes overhead, an account manager and sometimes a whole team. With a freelance consultant you pay per hour or per month for the direct work, without those fixed costs on top.
I work without a published fixed rate: it depends on your account, your budget and what is actually needed. We simply discuss that in an intro call, or you start with a free account scan to see where the opportunities are.
A 20-minute intro call is the fastest way to see if it is a fit. Or request a free account scan first.
