Who I am

Attuned Advisory is the freelance practice of Marcel Klomp, based in Barneveld, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 94970564. Questions about this policy or your data? Email marcel@attunedadvisory.com.

What I process

Only what you fill in yourself in the contact form: your name, email address, optionally your company name, the subject, your message and optionally a budget indication. The form also sends along the page you submitted it from, so I can read your question in context.

What I use it for

To answer your message and, if you want, to start a collaboration. That is the only reason. You are not added to a mailing list and your data is not shared for third-party marketing.

Statistics

This site uses Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Measurement cookies are only set after you agree via the cookie banner; if you decline, nothing about your visit is stored. The statistics are not linked to your name or email address, and no advertising pixels run on this site.

Made a choice earlier and want to change it? Reset your cookie choice here.

Company recognition

Besides Google Analytics, I use Leadfeeder and Leadinfo to see which companies visit this site. This works based on your connection's IP address, matched against a database of company names: no cookie is placed and you are not personally identified. At most I see that a company visited the site, not who specifically was behind it. This always runs, even if you decline the cookie banner, since no cookies are involved.

Where your data lives

Messages from the contact form arrive in my business mailbox at Strato. The website is hosted at Vercel. Both parties only process data to deliver these services.

How long I keep it

As long as our correspondence is ongoing or relevant. If nothing comes of it, I delete the data immediately on request.

Your rights

You can view your data, have it corrected or have it deleted. One email to marcel@attunedadvisory.com is enough. If you disagree with something, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
